Step out of the noise of everyday life and into the steady rhythm of the drum…
This is a brand new monthly circle at The Printworks in Tavistock, offering a space to relax, reset, and reconnect. Whether you’re completely new or have been working with the drum for a while, you are warmly welcome.
We begin by gathering together and settling into the space, before moving into rhythm, breath, and simple guided practices. The drum helps to quiet the mind, ground the body, and bring you back into yourself.
There is also a gentle depth held within the circle.
You’ll be invited to explore light shamanic journeying, connection with nature, and the rhythms of the seasons and moon cycles. Over time, this can deepen your awareness, intuition, and sense of connection… but always at a pace that feels right for you.
No pressure. No expectations. Just a space to come as you are.
We close the circle together with time to land and integrate, finishing at 8:15pm, followed by refreshments. You’re very welcome to stay for a cup of tea and a chat.
