An Evening of Rhythm, Meditation & Sacred Despacho Ceremony
Join Kaura of LunaSoul Rhythms and Rituals and Fiona of Rocky Mountain Harmonic Egg, who brings her deep experience in energy work, sound healing, and ceremonial space-holding, for an evening designed to move you out of the noise of everyday life, into rhythm, awareness, intention and ceremony.

Drumming can support relaxation, nervous-system regulation and emotional expression while creating something we often need more of...
JOY. FUN. CONNECTION.
Led by Kaura of Restorative Rhythms Drum Circle, we'll drum together, allowing rhythm to help us settle into the body, connect with one another and prepare to journey inward.
No drumming experience is necessary, and you are welcome to bring your own drum if you have one.
🌿 Then we journey inward...
From the drum circle, we will move into a guided meditation.
This is where we begin to listen.
What am I carrying that no longer serves me?
What am I ready to let go of?
And equally important...
What do I want to welcome in?
What am I ready to create?
From that place of awareness, we move into ceremony.
🔥 The Despacho
A Despacho is a traditional Andean prayer ceremony in which natural offerings are carefully placed together to create a sacred prayer bundle.
With Fiona’s experience in holding ceremonial space and guiding heart-centered energetic release, she will gently support the group in entering this sacred practice with presence, care, and intention.
Together, we will place into our Despacho what we are ready to let go of, alongside our gratitude, prayers and intentions for what we wish to call into our lives.
Our completed Despacho will then be offered to the Sacred Fire, where we symbolically let go of what has been and send our prayers and intentions forward.
Rhythm opens the space.
Meditation brings awareness.
The Despacho holds the prayer.
The fire carries the intention.
