Drum Journey- group recharge

Drumming is an amazing way to slow down and reset your energy. Come join us as we drum together, then stretch out and I drum for you as you explore the tradition of shamanic journeying. It's a lovely form of meditation, assisting you to connect with your higher, best self. No experience needed. I provide guidance as needed. Bring a drum or borrow one of mine. Small group, limited to 10.
Suggested donation is $20, however you can donate what you can, if you can, at the event. Reservations online so we know you're coming.
