Suni Moon is back!Come and experience the power of sound to help you calm, heal and elevate. Sound will meet you where you are- bringing what your body, mind or spirit might need. We'll breathe deeply, hum a little then you lie back and rest, float, journey... whatever feels right.
Suni uses gongs, Tibetan bronze bowls, quartz crystal bowls, chimes, bells, drum, voice and more to create sound based on what feels needed in the moment. She bring skills as a master energy healer, musician, sound healer and good friend to create space for you to find what you might seek. There is time to integrate at the end so you can wake back up to reality slowly.
Bring whatever you may need to be comfy to be on the floor for an extended rest, though our studio has plenty of supplies for you if you do not have your own.
