Here’s how it works:• Call (402) 354-CARE to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available for anyone 6 months and older, including high-dose shots for those 65 and older.
• You’ll receive a text message from Methodist confirming the appointment and providing a link to complete forms. You will also be asked to upload a copy of your insurance card, which will help make the appointment more efficient.
• Please bring your ID at your scheduled appointment time. The flu shot will be administered from the comfort of your vehicle. The process is quick and easy – you’ll be done in a matter of minutes.
• The clinic will bill the patient’s insurance, and self-pay patients will be billed by mail. No payment will be accepted at the clinic.
