🌟dreaming with plants is a sweet, interactive 3-hr workshop diving into how we can work with plants & plant spirits to enhance & deepen our dreams and support our dreamwork!🌟in this workshop, we will:
•taste a variety of dream herbs & medicine preparations,
•discuss the importance of dreams and dreamwork,
•talk about ways we can bring plants into our dream space,
•explore how we can cultivate relationships with plants,
•speak about sleep hygiene & how to create space for dreaming,
•delve into some dreamwork practices 🌟
🌟each participant will go home with a bag of a dream herb of their choice to work with on their own!
