Dasain, or Vijaya Dashami, is a major Hindu festival for Nepalese, celebrating the triumph of good over evil. In Victoria, Nepalese communities gather for rituals, cultural programs, and feasts. Elders bless younger members with tika, and traditional foods are shared.
