• What expectations or “shoulds” am I ready to release?

No artistic skills required! Just an open heart, a curious mind, and a willingness to explore HER. Come as you are. Leave with clarity, confidence, and a creative spark to carry forward. You don’t have to do this alone! Let’s discover HER together!
Meet your instructor Jen:
Jen DuBois is a Certified Life & Empowerment Coach who helps women in midlife reconnect with themselves and what they truly want. Specializing in Fearless Living, wellness support, and group facilitation, Jen guides women through individual coaching, creative workshops, and retreats. She creates spaces where women feel seen, supported, and inspired to move forward with clarity and courage. She gets it, midlife can be messy, magical, and everything in between. And she knows that real change begins with one simple, powerful choice: to see each day as a new opportunity to grow, evolve, and live with purpose.
