This workshop is a guided journey into the dragon realm.
Starting with a sacred cacao ceremony to open our hearts and drop into a state of receptiveness. Harnessing the dark moon energy, you will be guided through a visualisation to enter the world of dragons and hear their message. Afterwards you have the opportunity to deepen your connection with their wisdom, using sensory touch, by giving your dragon shape and form in clay.
This is an opportunity to explore the clay with childlike curiosity, to let go of any ‘performance pressure’ - the urge to achieve an ‘outcome’, and let the dragon energy take form and shape in your hands. Working with clay is grounding & calms the nervous system.
