Join us at Attollo HQ for a Professional Development Series session with Dr. Amber Sessoms, Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Natural Inclination LLC.
Dr. Sessoms is a cultural strategist, keynote speaker, adult educator, and nationally certified school psychologist with over 20 years of experience in education and mental health. In 2020, she made history as the first person of color to receive the Pennsylvania School Psychologist of the Year Award — and went on to become the first person of color to lead that same organization as president.
Through her practice and her signature 3D Power Tools Framework, Dr. Sessoms helps leaders and organizations move beyond burnout and performance toward something deeper: cultures rooted in belonging, dignity, and authentic self-knowledge. Her work invites people to examine the narratives that have shaped them and reconnect with who they are beneath the noise.
In this session, she will explore what it means to lead from a place of inner wisdom, how to build environments where people can show up fully, and how young professionals can begin that journey of self-discovery now.
