Start the party with a soulful, 75-minute Vinyasa Flow to the timeless sounds of Bob Marley. Feel the rhythm, the love, and the unity.

☕ 8 AM–12 PM – Black Sheep Coffee will be downstairs with their amazing coffee truck! Enjoy fresh coffee, chai, matcha, and hot tea while you soak in the good vibes.
✨ All morning – Aletheia Healing will be onsite offering Reiki appointments in the studio. Come get your energy aligned!

Lunar Flow & Sound Journey with Laxmi
Wind down the weekend with a 90-minute experience that blends flowing movement with the healing vibrations of Tibetan sound bowls.
