About this Event

You know your conflict style. You understand psychological safety. Level Two is where that foundation becomes skill.

Conflict to Collaboration Level Two is a three-hour applied training for professionals who are ready to go deeper. This session moves beneath the frameworks and into the invisible forces that drive conflict before a single word is spoken: the neuroscience of threat response, the internal narratives that construct conflict before the other person opens their mouth, and the specific, practiced skill of the brave conversation that actually changes something.

Participants will leave with a working understanding of why conflict hijacks even the most experienced professionals, tools for interrupting the stories running in the background, and a concrete framework for delivering honest, direct, caring feedback in real workplace situations.

Research-backed. Immediately applicable. Built for real people doing real work.

Note: While Level One is recommended, it is not required to attend.

Who Should Attend:
HR professionals, managers, supervisors, team leads, and anyone invested in building a healthier workplace culture
