Presented by The Electric Salad Company:The psychedelic/noise rock band founded in Taipei in 2016. Dope Purple channel influences from hard rock, noise and psychedelia with a particular emphasis on sounds from the Japanese underground, into a cosmic guitar explosion. Dope Purple is committed to promoting Taiwan's psychedelic rock culture and hosts the Taipei Psychedelic Rock Music Festival(2022)(2023) inviting musicians like Makoto Kawabata(Acid Mothers Temple) and Taigen Kawabe (Bo Ningen). At the same time, Dope Purple has been actively touring in China, where they have received high praise. In 2025, WV Sorcerer Productions (FR) and Riot Season Records (UK) jointly released the new album 'Children in the Darkness'. MEMBERS
