Don’t Miss: Free Full-Body Performance Evaluation by Exos Sports (April 11)

We are hosting a FREE Wellness Evaluation at the William J. Hybl Sports Medicine and Performance Center on Saturday, April 11 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and I wanted to invite you to stop by.

This is a chance to experience the Hybl Center firsthand and get a personalized look at how your body moves and performs.

You’ll go through 10 stations, including:
• Body composition (InBody)
• Movement + gait analysis
• Strength and performance testing
• DARI motion capture

Each assessment will take up to 30 minutes across all stations. Walk in anytime, get
assessed, and leave with real insight you can use right away.

As a bonus, all attendees will be entered to win a Team Wellness Challenge.
