Event Instructions
The 'Donu't Stop' format is to eat 1 donut, then walk or run 1.5km, repeating this format until you are not able to eat or run any more, or the event finishes.
This is an individual event, you have to do both the eating and the running/walking to take part.
You must start at 9am and be finished by 12pm. This means you can eat, walk or run at any speed you like starting from 9am and finish anytime before 12pm.
Donuts are mini donuts from Family Kitchen with Mark. They are smaller than regular donuts, but will still take you a couple of mouthfuls to consume. There will be a variety of flavours and fillings on the day. There are GF/Vegan donuts available and all donuts are nut free.
We will have water available to help with the donut consumption.
This event is fundraising for the Madoc Benfell Memorial Trust and all profit will be donated at the end of the event. The trust is a registered charity providing life changing outdoor opportunities for young people to build their confidence, grow their resilience and help them discover how wildly capable they are.
