Donation-Based Yoga Flow & Meditation

Join me for a final all-levels yoga flow designed to help you move, breathe, and reconnect before the week ahead.

This class is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of daily life and spend an hour caring for yourself through mindful movement, breath, and community. Expect a balanced practice that will leave you feeling both refreshed and grounded, with options offered throughout so you can make the experience your own.

Whether you're a longtime yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, you are welcome here.

*This is the last class I'll be hosting here! I'd love to see you, otherwise feel free to send me a message and keep in touch. I do classes and events all over San Diego and beyond ◡̈

Please Bring

• A yoga mat
• Water
• Any props you'd like for comfort and support

Donations
This is a donation-based class. Suggested donation: $15–20
Cash is preferred, though Venmo and Zelle will also be available.

A Few Notes

• All experience levels are welcome.
• Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
• Feel free to bring a friend or anyone who could use an hour of movement and connection.
• I will be closing the doors at 5:35pm so we can flow uninterrupted!

Want to make an afternoon of it?
A donation-based sound bath will be offered at 4:00 PM just before class. If you'd like to enjoy both experiences, I'd love to have you join us for an afternoon of relaxation, movement, and community.
