Join me for a yoga flow on every Wednesday at 5:30pm in the main room of St Andrews church surrounded by stained glass and new friends ◡̈.
This is by donation (cash preferred), but the option to pay by venmo will be available as well. All are welcome, no matter your level or experience!
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and any props that will make you comfortable ◡̈. There are mats to borrow and a few blocks to use. There is usually easy parking nearby.
