Join Courtney Krueger, Sarah Barnts, and Adrienne Parnell for our January donation based yoga class benefiting Rescue One!Courtney will provide a guided pranyama session filled with breath work aligned for the season.
Sarah will take the group through a Laughter Yoga session to release those happy brain chemicals. This is a such a joyful and fun way to practice.
Adrienne will wrap up the evening with the sounds of her crystal signing bowls during a mini-sound bath.
This class is free to attend and donations to Rescue One are encouraged. 100% of the donations raised will go directly to Rescue One.
