Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host Larissa and Ashish for Kirtan from 6-730p on Saturday, January 31. Meet our guides: Larissa Herrington of Larissa Loves Yoga; Ashish Jain with KC Kirtan from Kansas City, Missouri; and Madi Jones playing the Dholak drum.
This serene evening will include gentle yoga movement followed by the musical bliss of Kirtan! This is a beginner-friendly event and no experience is necessary. We invite you to sing and chant along with us or simply sit and soak up the vibrations of the evening!
Sensory experience expectations: this event will include immersive music (vocal, live instruments, and shared through our speaker) and low lighting and may include burned incense or other smoke cleansing tools unless accommodations are requested in advance. You may choose to participate in the movement portion of the evening as much or as little as you'd like; seating will be available on the floor on blankets and bolsters - a few chairs will also be available.
$35 per person. Please book your spot in advance.
