Donation Based Sunset Sound Bath Meditation

🌅✨I am excited to announce my collaboration with Jessica Rocha Real Estate for a donation based sunset sound bath meditation session on November 7, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM PST at the beautiful Waterfront Park in Little Italy.

As the sun sets, we gather to honor the day's end, embracing the tranquility and reflection that twilight brings. This session will allow us to connect with the soothing energy of the evening, tapping into the transformative power of the sunset to foster mindfulness and inner peace. Together, we will invite the calming hues of dusk, encouraging relaxation and a sense of closure as we set meaningful intentions for the meditation.

Please note that space is limited, and tickets must be reserved online in advance.

We look forward to welcoming the sunset together, enjoying the ocean views, and celebrating the abundant possibilities that await us in the coming days.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the event start time.

What to bring to the event:

Journal/Paper and a Pen/Pencil

Water bottle

Pillow for under head/neck

Pillow for under knees if needed

Blanket & Jacket

Wear comfortable clothing - Weather may be a bit chilly.

Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own to use if more comfortable for you.

Note: Sound Baths are not recommended for people who have a pacemaker and other health related metal or electrical devices attached or within their body due to safety concerns and reasons.
