About this Event
Wednesday Night Sound Bath Meditation
Every Wednesday | 7:00 PM
Make deep rest part of your weekly routine.
Join us every Wednesday evening for a restorative sound bath meditation designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. As you relax comfortably, you'll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, creating a peaceful space for rest, reflection, and renewal.
Whether you've had a busy week, need a nervous system reset, or simply want an hour to unplug, this weekly gathering offers a welcoming space to pause and recharge.
Perfect for anyone seeking:
- Stress relief and relaxation
- Better sleep and nervous system support
- Mindfulness and meditation
- Emotional balance and inner calm
- A peaceful midweek reset
No meditation experience is necessary—everyone is welcome.
