Hi Louisvillians!
Here to invite you to come learn about and practice Ashtanga Yoga, a powerful, dynamic and transformative style of yoga. Even if you’ve never heard of Ashtanga, never practiced yoga, or are a seasoned yogi, all are welcome and encouraged to join!
The Friday class will include a short form version of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series.
These classes will be offered by donation, pay what you can. Pay $3, $5, $10 or $15 online, or cash donations in any amount are also accepted at the class.
Signing up through MindBody is encouraged, but not required.
