Vinyasa Flow/Alignment

Align + Vinyasa Flow blends two powerful yoga styles into one dynamic class. In the first half, we focus on technical alignment, honing in on key points to deepen your posture and build a strong foundation for the sequence. The second half flows through that sequence, bringing alignment into movement while cultivating mindfulness with each breath. Whether you're looking to refine your practice or simply move with intention, this class is for you.

Vinyasa stokes the inner fire, boosting cardiovascular health, increasing spinal flexibility, and improving overall coordination. With a mix of sun salutations (Focusing on breathing and joint alignment preparing the body for practice), standing poses, and fluid transitions, you'll experience a full-body workout that links breath with movement.

With over a decade of dedicated yoga practice, Sonia has cultivated a deep passion for both the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga. Having studied a range of styles, from Vinyasa to Hatha to restorative, Sonia embraces yoga as a lifelong journey, continuously expanding their knowledge to better serve students of all backgrounds.

In December 2024, Sonia completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and she is now excited to deepen their expertise further by beginning their Yoga Therapy training in the future. This commitment to professional development reflects her belief that learning never stops, and that growth on the mat translates into growth in all areas of life.

What truly drives Sonia is the belief that yoga is for everyone. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your yoga journey, she is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where all bodies, minds, and abilities can thrive.
