DolphFest

Hi All. Now with only 5 weeks to go until Dolph_Fest at The Dolphin Inn St.Denys, preperations are ramping up. However, we are still in need of some assistance from local companies who may be willing to help out and make this a truly memorable day and help to raise as much funds as possible for the local youth musicians.
We all know the importance of giving kids something to do and a way to express themselves these days, so youth music is a perfect outlet for this. But, without funds and help, projects such a GigNight so easily collapse, leaving the talented kids with no outlets at all. Below is a very small list of things we could do with. If anyone of you are able to help or know a business that would be prepared to assist in return for a plug then please please do get in contact!
What we need is this.....
Help with BBQ supplies such as sausages, burgers and a veggie option.
Buns and rolls for the bbq food.
Raffle prizes, in the form of either goods or vouchers.
We also need posters printed, so any printing companies in the local area please get in touch.
So far we have help from Vocalzone, TDM guitars, The Guitar centre and a couple of private donators.

This is a free event, but if you are planning on coming it would properly help us if you could comment "coming", so we can judge the numbers we may expect. Would hate to run out of foods!!
