On 30th August the Hamble Valley Regatta returns for a celebration of sailing, community spirit, and family fun.
Everyone is invited to join in a weekend packed with activity, entertainment, and traditional riverside atmosphere for all ages.
From midday Hamble village foreshore will be buzzing with activity, creating a wonderful atmosphere for families, friends, and visitors.
There’s a fancy dress competition at 1.00pm, with prizes. All are welcome to show off your medieval costumes, and we are hoping for some Disney princesses!
If you have a paddleboard, a canoe, a kayak or rowing dinghy come and enter!
Don't miss the jousting, the water carnival, and watching adults and children making fools, or heroes of themselves in traditional regatta events like on-water egg-and-spoon, blindfolded rowing, jousting and much more!
