Doing It Right is a women’s conference for women who care about what’s happening in their communities, their workplaces, their province, and their country — and aren’t afraid to have real conversations about it.
We bring together women from business, politics, policy, energy, media, community leadership, and everyday life for a day of interesting ideas, honest conversations, meaningful connections, and a whole lot of fun.
After welcoming more than 160 women to our inaugural conference in 2025, Doing It Right is back for 2026 — bigger, bolder, and a little spicier.
This year, expect more speakers, more concurrent breakout sessions that let you customize your day, and conversations that dig into the issues women are actually talking about — even when those conversations are complicated, controversial, or don't fit neatly into the usual boxes.
Doing It Right isn't about telling women what they're supposed to believe. It's about creating a room where women can ask questions, challenge assumptions, exchange ideas, learn from one another, and figure out how they want to make an impact.
Maybe you want to understand public policy better. Maybe you're building a business, working in an industry affected by government decisions, thinking about getting involved in a campaign, considering running for office, or simply looking for smart, interesting women you actually want to talk to.
