Join us for a Yappy Hour celebration September 3rd at Civic Garden to celebrate this new neighborhood amenity. Dallas Animal Services will offer free microchipping during the event.

Hosted by Downtown Dallas, Inc., Downtown Dallas Parks Conservancy, and the Dallas Park and Recreation Department.
