Dog Hero is a brand-new community event created to celebrate the incredible bond between people and their dogs ~ all while raising critical funds for the animals in care at the Central Alberta Humane Society (CA Humane).
This first-of-its-kind event invites dog lovers from across Central Alberta to enjoy a fun, outdoor, dog-friendly experience at one of our region’s most scenic venues ~ Canyon Ski Resort!
By registering, you are helping support:
✔ Shelter care & medical treatment for hundreds of animals
✔ Adoption programs connecting pets with loving homes
✔ Community support services like emergency pet food, reduced-cost spay/neuter & volunteer-assisted programs
✔ Educational programs for schools, PD days, summer camps & community events
CA Humane is not government funded ~ your participation truly makes a difference.
