A Free Walking for Health Meeting at the Entrance to Lodmoor Country Park at 1pm on Mondays end time 2pm starting on 12th February 2024. We all know the benefit of walking for our Mental and Physical Health walking with dogs will cover many accessible routes in Parks Gardens and Open Spaces and may include the beach in Weymouth Dorset. We ask you to keep your dogs on fixed leads during the walks, bring refillable water bottles and bowl for your dog, dress for the weather and wear suitable footwear. There will be the opportunity to rest at designated points on the day, we will have a supply of Green Dog Poop bags with us and bins for litter along all routes. Just Turn Up!
