Dog Fest

Dog Fest will have three events, you can lift in as many as you like. Each event is $5 to participate in. All proceeds will go towards the fundraiser.

Dog Fest is free to RSVP, pay for events via cash/venmo/zelle on the day of the event.

Doors open at 10, lifting starts at 11am. Each event will take approximately an hour with 20 minute breaks between events for setup.

Event 1 - One Rep Max
A powerlifting meet-style event, you will have three attempts to reach a max deadlift. Kabuki deadlift bar.

Event 2 - Car Deadlift
Deadlift a truck as many times as you can! We will have two car deadlift implements with a Suzuki Samurai and Bronco set up for you to AMRAP. This is a great event for bragging to your friends and/or to practice for Harvest Heavyweight on Nov 9.

Event 3 - Last Person Standing
Using the Rogue Trap bar, pull singles until you can't pull any more! Weight starts at 170lbs/77kg for women and go up 15kg each round. Weight starts at 280lbs/127kg for men and goes up 30kg each round. Everyone must take every attempt.
