Dog breath is a gentle, 30-minute evening breathwork class designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and unwind -- while spending meaningful time with RescueLove dogs currently available for adoption. This seated, beginner-friendly class includes simple breathwork, gentle movement to support healthy breathing, and guided relaxation. Dogs will be present for calm connection, enrichment, and affection outside of the kennel. No prior experience needed.
