Come walk with us as we visit a Giant. That's right we are heading back to visit Santi Ikto, but this time we are walking from Doddies Beach. Meeting at the logs on the grassed area, opposite Tod's Café Halls Head, we will walk approximately 3.5km to visit one of our favourite Giants by Thomas Dambo, before making our way back to our start point, where we are likely to coffee/breakfast at Tod's Café.If you would like to join us on this walk and other walks (we do not charge to join, and most walks are free, except where there is an entry fee to the location), and you are not already a member, please join our facebook page and ensure you have agreed to the Group Rules and answer the Group Questions, which is includes an acknowledgment that you are responsible for your own safety. Date: 16/5/2026 (yes, this is a Saturday walk, as I am not available on the Sunday)
Time: 7.45 for an 8am start
Where: Logs opposite Tod's Café - Hall Head (Tod's Café address - 19/11 Halls Head Parade, Halls Head). There is plenty of parking at the carpark just near the toilets on the beach side.
Distance: About 7kms
Toilets: Doddies Beach and some along the way
