Enjoy an afternoon filled with live music, a delicious brat fry, a refreshing lemonade stand, and an Alzheimer's Walk as we come together to raise awareness and support those impacted by Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
Whether you stop by for lunch, take part in the walk, or simply enjoy the entertainment, every dollar raised will help support Alzheimer's care, research, advocacy, and programs for individuals and families facing this journey.
