Take a break from everyday life and join us for an afternoon of creativity, connection, music, mindfulness, and community.
Hosted by Medi8 Your Safe Space for Healing wellness community, Peace & Soul Picnic: Paint & Vibes is a private outdoor picnic-style experience designed to help you slow down, be present, meet new people, and enjoy a day filled with positive energy.
Whether you come solo, with friends, a partner, or family, you'll be welcomed into a community that values authenticity, growth, wellness, and meaningful connection.

Date: Saturday, July 18, 2026
Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: American Legion ( outdoor space) – Owings Mills, Maryland
WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Live DJ playing R&B, Neo Soul, Afrobeats, and feel good vibes
• Outdoor painting experience (paint supplies included in ticket)
• Local vendors and small businesses
• Mindfulness and community connection
• A spacious private outdoor setting
• Opportunities to meet new people and build relationships
• Relaxation, creativity, laughter, and good energy
It's an opportunity to disconnect from stress, reconnect with yourself, and spend intentional time around people who value growth, healing, adventure, and community.
BRING:
• Blanket and/or lawn chair
• Food and beverages (you may bring your own wine) for your picnic setup
• Games, cards, books, or activities you'd like to enjoy outside of painting
• outdoor essentials
• Positive energy and an open mind
Paint supplies will be provided for painting ticket holders.

Info: Irene founder of Medi8, and Mindfulness Guider will lead in a Mindfulness reset stretch.

Peace & Soul Closing : Clean up & Take final pictures
Info: We will start cleaning up by 4pm to leave by 5pm .
