DMV Children's Vocal Masterclass

Students will be grouped by age upon registration:

• Ages 6–12: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Ages 13–17: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Schedule is subject to change based on attendance to ensure the best experience for all students.

This interactive masterclass focuses on the skills young singers need for performance and auditions, including:

• Breathing techniques (support, control, calm nerves)
• Vocal techniques (healthy production, clarity, strength)
• Confidence + stage presence (how to show up like a performer)

1. Nervousness / stage fright and how to manage it
2. Breath control issues that affect tone and endurance
3. Technique gaps that limit range, power, and consistency

Some students will have the opportunity to sing solo for coaching.

Please bring:

• A prepared solo song
• A 16-bar cut (so we can review and give targeted feedback)

This helps us identify each student’s needs and recommend next steps for vocal growth.
