Welcome to the Djembe Drum Workshop!

Majk Stokes is a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter and poet. He started playing the djembe in 1998 after working in Madagascar, and he has led and co-facilitated a number of music, rhythm and drumming workshops both in the UK and in Europe.

Our workshop is perfect for drum enthusiasts of all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced drummer. Learn from instructor Majk Stokes as he guides you through the art of African drumming. You'll have the opportunity to try out different drums, learn new techniques and new rhythms, and jam with fellow participants
