FREQUENCY SOAK - GATHERING ESSENCE

Lay back and unwind while I bathe you in the nourishing vibrations of himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, my voice and therapeutic percussion . I have trained with The British Academy of Sound Therapy and follow a method that has been proven to relax the body and soothe the mind. I aim to induce dream like states, to sleep while awake, to nourish the nervous system and slow down the brain.

This months session is held in the inimitable studio in Gathering Essence. In and off itself this space feels nourishing, they do great work in there and its palpable! I'm truly honoured to be facilitating sound there.

Gathering Essence is lush, airy and spacious, it has an inhouse surround sound system so i will be amplifying some of my instruments to ensure particpants will feel truly soaked and held in a depth of healing frequency.

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets wlll be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes and if you are unable to lie on the floor please let me know and i will provide an alternative.

Some nourishing refreshments will be offered at the end with some time for chats and integration, if you wish.

This event is not suitable for you if:

• You are in your first trimester of pregnancy
• You have a pacemaker
• You have frequency triggered epilepsy
• You have a severe mental health condition
