Take a break from the noise of everyday life and join us at Leith Community Croft on Leith Links for a chilled Saturday afternoon guided meditation with Buddhist nun, Gen Kelsang Tubchen.
No experience needed — just come as you are, bring some friends, and enjoy a chance to relax, reset, and discover a little more calm and happiness inside yourself. 🌿🧘
We will have blankets to sit on but if you have mobility issues please bring a folding chair with you. Suitable for beginners to experienced. Everyone is Welcome.
