From Egypt and Ethiopia, Europe and Asia, honey wine is an ancient fermentation that's not only widespread and tasty, but also super easy and a great stepping stone into the art of homebrewing. Whether you're an experienced homebrewer and want to branch out, or a new convert who's just starting out, this class will show you what all the buzz is about. We'll go through the basics of the brewing process, get hands on with local honey, and discuss some additions you can add to make the wine your own. Brewing supplies will be available for an extra charge.
