About this Event
The Business Model Canvas tool (BMC) is an actionable planning resource for every arts business whether Non-Profit, For-Profit or Sole Proprietorship. This 9-building block template enables you to assess existing business models and innovate new ones in an agile and iterative process. The BMC is centered on attracting, engaging and retaining donors, patrons, partners, artists, board members, and any other people who can benefit from your arts offerings. Discover how to create an Empathy Map and articulate Value Propositions to attract, engage and retain individuals, groups and communities.
Gain insights from Dr. Amy Kweskin of Artsightful, an expert arts management consultant, author and educator.
Amy creates a safe and supportive learning environment in which she shares tools, frameworks and resources to help you gain insights into strategic planning. Plus, the group setting offers you the benefit of working and learning alongside peers. Amy creates a safe, confidential and supportive environment where you can thrive.
This workshop is part of Artsightful’s DIY Strategic Planning series where you learn to Do it Yourself without having to pay a consultant. Pick the workshops that work for you.
