In our daily lives, it’s easy to feel disconnected - from the wisdom of our bodies, from our truth, from one another. We spend so much time in our heads, managing responsibilities, holding space for others… that we need intentional spaces to simply be present, authentic, and free.

Divinely Embodied is your invitation to return home — to drop out of the mind, into the body, and into the deep well of your ground of Being.

Beneath the surface of daily life, beyond the personality and its roles, lives the part of you that is infinite peace, aliveness, creativity, spontaneity, and joy.

Together, we will create a coherent field of permission in which we are invited to let our masks fall away and reveal our true selves.

Each session is a living exploration—shaped by presence, consent, and curiosity.

Tantric tools will be interwoven as access points to follow the divine impulse (Spanda) of your creative energy (Shakti), your aliveness and your joy—into spontaneous play, connection and delight.

Each month, you may be guided to explore:

🌺 Breathwork and Mindfulness to drop below the noise of the mind into embodied presence

🌺 Sacred Rituals & guided practices that deepen embodiment and awaken your True Essence

🌺 Sound & Vibration to activate parasympathetic resonance and nourish your nervous system

🌺 Movement to open to authentic expression, play, and spontaneity

🌺 Conscious Touch for trust, connection and nourishment

*This is a non-sexual space for exploring embodiment and consensual, playful, soulful and sensual expresssion.

Together we practice consent, self awareness and self responsibility within a supportive environment. You are encouraged to listen to your inner guidance and choose to participate in ways that feel right to you, and honor others, in each moment.

Within this intentional space, you are invited to lean into recognizing when the ego begins grasping or wanting to control, and instead choose to surrender to the moment-by-moment unfolding of the Mystery.

This workshop series was created for those who feel called to deepen into presence, embodiment, and authentic connection, including:

• Healers, coaches, and facilitators who hold space for others, and are ready to receive being held in a nourishing container
• Movers and dancers who value embodiment and authentic self-expression
• Lovers of tantra and sacred intimacy who value depth, consent, and soulful connection
• Individuals and couples of any gender or sexual orientation
