Experience a dynamic synthesis of breathwork and music meditation built on ancient trauma healing techniques from a Himalayan monk. What is Divine Acoustic Breathwork?
The most fundamental parts of our existence are our breath and sound. The ability to interact with them is what actually separates the living from the non-living. Himalayan Monk Vedaji has spent over 40 years studying the synthesis of breath and sound, and helped 2000+ students in 27 countries to utilize these hidden powers to produce a variety of magical benefits.
Vedaji believes that the majority of sickness - whether mental, physical and spiritual - comes from stuck, unprocessed energy that hasn’t found an outlet for expression through our subtle body. Whether it is unprocessed emotions, chronic pain, or childhood trauma, Vedaji has seen it all.
Through his own journey of immense upheaval, acceptance and practice, Vedaji discovered powerful breathing rhythms tuned to specific universal sound frequencies, that when combined with crafted guidance, allowed that energy to become free. During his practice, he found his body's inner intelligence deeply carrying his subtle mind into altered states of consciousness that opened his heart to completely different perspectives on his trauma. A natural conviction about his inner potential to be stronger and better would arise, thus jumpstarting the healing of intense sexual trauma for him.
Removing stuck energy and emotional baggage is one of the first and most important steps one can do in order to get back their vitality. Vedaji's Divine Acoustic Breathwork brings people during his live experiences to not only achieve cognitive catharsis (connect the dots) but also release trapped energy from the body and engage it in revitalizing the spiritual aspect of their existence, thus bringing a lot of clarity and peace. The live events are usually very intense.
After the fogginess, confusion and numbness caused by inner blocked energy vortices have been released, we can then start building our energetic capacity and sensitivity that is essential for creating a more authentic and purpose driven life.
What happens during the event?
You will be asked to lie down on your yoga mat with your eyes closed. For 1 hour, you will be guided through an intense breathwork. We will then guide you through a series of reflections through revelatory questions. We culminate with a heartfelt expression of our gratitude for our journey and those around us through divine musical meditation (Kirtan).
What do I bring?
A yoga mat, water bottle, pillow, blanket, eyeblinds and your heart

Who are Karina & John?
Karina & John are YTT 300 experts in Hatha Yoga from the scenic country of Scotland. They have spent the last 15 years sharing their love of yoga through their studio in Smyrna and retreats in Europe, UK and India. They run 200 and 300 hour teacher training courses.
John was born and raised in Scotland and played soccer most of his young life and well into adulthood, after soccer came running and rugby followed by, to this day, a love of mountain and road biking. Did he ever stretch after all those activities you may ask, and the answer is definitely ‘not enough’! Having discovered yoga in his late 40’s, he realized how much the body needs to strengthen, stretch and mobilize daily to help avoid injuries and obtain an all-over feel-good state of mind. Along with his wife Karina, they bought Giving Tree Yoga in December 2022 and he embarked on the Yoga Teacher Training 200hr course, finally qualifying in June 2023.
What happens to the proceeds?
All proceeds from this event go to serve the homeless of Atlanta through the local non-profit Food4Lives. They have been serving 30k+ plates of fresh vegetarian food, medicines, clothing and sleeping bags every year in Atlanta for a decade. Check out their mission at https://food4lives.org
