Serenaded by students from the Detroit Symphony Orchestra's Civic Youth Ensembles' Jazz program, learn more about music education organizations across the US who are dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in classical music education.

The Teaching Artists Training Institute (TATI) believes that transformational music education starters with transformational training for music teachers. Founded by a generous grant from the Paul M. Angell Family Foundation, the Teaching Artists Training Institute (TATI) was launched in 2020. In just three years, TATI has engaged more than 400 Teaching Artists across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada through virtual programming and in-person Conferences. TATI is powered by Miami Music Project, which provides legal and fiduciary oversight, financial management, and administrative support.

Detroit Shipping Company is home to six individually operated restaurants, each offering their own unique take on classic street foods from around the world.
