Come and learn about how we can transform the night hours into a time of conscious spiritual practice and exploration....Lucid dreaming is the practice of being conscious while dreaming. It's an incredible experience that will bring greater joy and awareness into your life.
Tom has been experiencing regular lucid dreams since 2004 and over that time has had many hundreds if not thousands of Lucid Dreams.
These immersive workshop will span the darker months of the year, a precious time to turn inwards and go deeper within the dreaming landscapes. The workshops will be a supportive group space for people to progress and be witnessed. They will be held at the lovely St Michael Parish Hall, each workshop will span the length of 2 hours, and will include instruction and guidance on the art of lucid dreaming.
You will learn how to have fun exploring and engaging with your Dreams, how to have better dream recall and how to awaken within your dreams and develop the practice of Lucid Dreaming. Included in the price of your ticket(s) you will also given access to precious resources including a Dream Journal and access to Tom's bestselling online courses on Lucid Dreams, Astral Projection and Yoga.
The workshops will also include fun group dream exploration exercises and a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Sound Bath Yoga Nidra . Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep and supports us through guided embodied relaxation to access deep states of rejuvenation on the cusp between wake and sleep. The Sound Bath will include crystal bowls, gong and Nova Tongue Drum.
This cycle of workshops is suitable for both experienced lucid dreamers and those completely new to it.

Session 2 in Dec 2024
- 6.30 pm Entry to event and meeting other Dreamers and Swift Checking In - 6.40pm-7.20pm Intro to World of Lucid Dreaming and How to begin to access part 2
7.20pm-7.50pm Group Dream exploration Exercise using a modified Lightning Dreamwork Technique & Reviewing progress and setting intentions for the month ahead
- 7.50pm-8.30pm Sound Bath with Guided Yoga Nidra
Session 3 in Jan 2025

Booking is required before the event, and a small information email will be sent you about the event with some simple questions to answer.
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion if possible to sit on, and blanket for these events.
