We are looking forward to welcoming our South District Lodge Officers and members to Vancouver for a weekend of training, learning, fellowship, and remembrance!
Here’s a quick look at what’s happening:
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12
Training begins at Noon
A variety of training opportunities will be offered throughout the afternoon, including:
• Roberts Rules of Order — How to run a better meeting
• Children’s Therapy Program
• Excel tools for the Lodge office
• Understanding the Obligation
• Working together when we disagree
• Words of wisdom from our District Leader
4:30 PM — 9/11 Ritual
Please join us for a special tribute honoring those who lost their lives, those who survived, and the heroes who responded on September 11, 2001.
Following the Ritual — Italian Lasagna Dinner, $20
Gluten-free and vegetarian options will be available.

Following Dinner — Wine-o Bingo!
We hope everyone takes advantage of the opportunity to learn more about the programs available through the Elks, strengthen our Lodges, share ideas, and enjoy some fellowship along the way.
