District 15: Family Meal — a Fundraiser for the Past, Present, and Future of the District

In a restaurant, "family meal" is the dinner the staff shares before service. Everyone sits down together.
On Oct. 19, BibiSol is setting that table for District 15. Chef Marcela Salas is cooking four courses inspired by the childhood tables of Kadyn Wittman, Erik Muckey and June CopperStad. Each will share the story behind their dish as it's served.
Course 1: Kadyn's Mac & Cheese
Course 2: Erik's Farm Casserole
Course 3: June's Sukuma Wiki & Ugali
Course 4: Sweet Wheat & Belonging
Gather at 6 p.m. for a welcome toast. The first course comes out at 6:30. Drinks are available from the BibiSol bar.
Tickets are $125, and there are only 32 seats. Ticket sales close Saturday, Oct. 17. The menu is served as written, family style. A vegetarian casserole is available. Tell us about allergies when you buy your ticket.
