This event aims to change the optics through which we look at the Russian-Ukrainian war.
Why is the Russian Ukrainian war still often called a Ukrainian crisis?
Or a war in Ukraine?
Isn't it Russia's war against the idea of humanity that Europeans and Ukrainians as Europeans have been fighting for decades?
War against the idea of humanity, where life matters, where personality matters, where freedom and solidarity matter?
Today, as Russia offers us a different concept of the future: where people can be sacrificed by the hundreds of thousands, or even by the millions, our experts will discuss this Russian policy of death, thanatopolitics, as having a deep political and cultural tradition. If this is a war for what humanity will be like in the future, how should we treat it? After all, doesn't it affect us all?
