⚵ Next, we’ll soften into a grounding yoga practice, guided by Anaya Baluch, that helps you connect with your inner self and embody the insights from the astrology session.
⚴ Finally, we’ll make a ritual and make space for new intentions as we embrace the darkness. This gathering is a great chance to learn more about the season’s energies while connecting with yourself and others in a supportive community.

My background spans from studying yoga in India to working with plant medicine in Peru, and my mission is to share the wisdom I gather along the way.
