Join Dr. Darla Booth, DC, CFMC to explore the microbiome, improve digestion, and address health concerns like IBS, bloating, and leaky gut.
About this Event

Your gut is home to a complex community of microbes that influence everything from digestion and immunity to mental clarity and overall well-being. Maintaining the right balance of these microbes is essential for optimal health, yet factors like diet, stress, and lifestyle can disrupt this delicate ecosystem.

In this engaging workshop session, Functional Medical Specialist Dr. Darla Booth, DC, CFMC will guide you through the fascinating world of the microbiome. You'll learn how to support a healthy gut, improve digestion, and address common concerns like bloating, IBS, and leaky gut. We’ll also explore the science behind increased intestinal permeability—what happens when the gut lining is compromised, how it contributes to inflammation, and what steps you can take to restore balance.

By understanding how to nurture your microbiome, you can unlock profound benefits for your health. Walk away with practical tools and tips to protect and support your gut, empowering you to feel your best from the inside out.

Afterward, enjoy a nourishing, locally sourced dinner at Kitchen Table, featuring global cuisine prepared by the 1440 Culinary Team. This shared meal is an opportunity to reflect, connect, and engage with like-hearted community members while deepening your commitment to well-being.
