Sara is a Medical herbalist in Devon, she will be talking about how herbs can work at a deep level in your body, improving the way you function – just the native local herbs, seaweeds and fungi that you can easily find and harvest, make teas, syrups and ointments or add to your salad or cooking.

This is an interactive talk, and there will be the opportunity to handle and taste the herbs, with lovely herbal teas to try.
